Our goal is to make it simple and convenient for you to order our human biological products. Orders can be placed by phone, facsimile and email.
Each product item is labeled using a donor specific permanent identification number as well as a bar coded bleed number (or lot number). Bar code labels are used so customers may use a bar code reader to track inventory. The labels are heat transfer so they will not fade over time or if exposed to light. The bleed labels may be photocopied and attached with tape if additional labels are required.
You may request evaluation samples (1-2ml) representative of bulk material. PlasmaLab International recommends that customers screen the samples in their own laboratory, prior to purchasing material, since there can be inherent variability between diagnostic testing systems.
Please provide detailed information on your specific needs, including antibody specificity, titer, and concentration. Samples are free of charge as long as we receive, within 30 days of shipment, a written or verbal report outlining your evaluation test results.
Samples are shipped F.O.B. Everett, Washington, USA. Timely evaluation of samples is encouraged to ensure availability of desired product.
We guarantee evaluation samples to be representative of bulk product, but shall not be liable for product quality as a direct result of inappropriate client manufacturing, use or storage.
